International students can apply for undergraduate and graduate Dundee University Scholarships. Scholarships are offered in a number of subjects.

Dundee University

Located in Dundee, Scotland, the institution of Dundee is a public research institution. Many of the university’s teaching and research facilities, including as the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Dundee Law School, and Dundee Dental Hospital and School, are housed on the main campus, which is situated in Dundee’s West End. Other facilities at the university include the school of medicine at Ninewells Hospital, a clinical research facility at Perth Royal Infirmary, and a portion of its nursing and health sciences school at Kirkcaldy, Fife. The University of Dundee offers a range of scholarships to support students in their academic pursuits. Dundee University Scholarships, which vary in value, application process, and qualifying requirements, are often available to both undergraduate and graduate students.

Global Excellence Scholarship for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught

Melbourne University Scholarships Fully Funded in Australia

• This £5,000 scholarship is given out as a waiver of tuition costs.
• Undergraduate applicants are eligible for the scholarship for a maximum of five years of ongoing study, with the award being paid for each year of study. (£25,000 over a five-year period).
• The scholarship will only be used in Year 2 of a 3.5-year undergraduate program (School of Business).
• Postgraduate taught applicants, such as Master of Research and Masters by Research, are required to pay a full year’s tuition at each accrediting institution for courses lasting more than 12 months.

You need to complete the following in order to be eligible for a scholarship:

• You must have applied to the Dundee University Scholarships for a September 2025 course and been accepted for a full-time, on-campus program in order to be eligible for a scholarship. Our Terms & Conditions contain a list of exclusions.
• possess a BBB at A-Level (if you are an undergraduate applicant) or a first class honors degree (if you are going for a postgraduate taught program). International qualifications’ grade equivalencies are decided by the University of Dundee.
• Preserve your international fee status as specified in your offer letter and as decided by the University of Dundee.
• No other scholarships from the University of Dundee are available.

The Global Excellence Scholarship has no separate application form. The Admissions Team at the University of Dundee will use all information on an applicant’s Course application to determine if they meet the eligibility criteria.

Global Excellence Scholarship

Global Excellence Scholarship for Postgraduates Only (January 2026 intake)

You must have applied to study at the University of Dundee for January 2026 and been accepted for a full-time, on-campus course in order to be eligible for a scholarship.

All other requirements are identical to those for the September intake of the Global Excellence Scholarship.

Global Citizenship Scholarship for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught

International applicants who have been awarded a full-time, on-campus course at the University of Dundee for the fall semester of 2025 are eligible to apply for this grant. The Global Citizenship Scholarship honors candidates who most closely reflect the principles of the University of Dundee, which include:

Geneva University Excellence Master Fellowships in Switzerland

The £5,000 Global Citizenship Scholarship is given out as a tuition fee remission.

The Dundee University Scholarships is awarded for every academic year

• The grant is available to undergraduate students for a maximum of five years of further education. (£25k spread over five years).
• Only the second year and later will be eligible for the scholarship if the course is a 3.5-year undergraduate degree (School of Business).
• Candidates with postgraduate teaching experience, such as Master of Research and Masters by Research The scholarship can be used for both academic years if the course is full-time for more than 12 months and the tuition is payed in full each year.

Vice Chancellor’s Middle East Scholarship for Undergraduate (September 2025)

Middle Eastern undergraduate students are eligible to receive scholarships from the University of Dundee of £4,000 per year of study, with a potential value of £20,000.

The following criteria must be fulfilled by the candidate in order to be eligible for the award:
