The following positions are open for applicants who meet the required qualifications:

1. Position: Project Manager – Enterprise (AVP / VP)

Reporting to:

Senior Project Manager — Enterprise

Educational / Professional Qualification:

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or International University/College/institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission(HEC)

• Preference will be given to candidates who have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, and other relevant fields.

• Having further certifications in related areas will be seen as a plus

Experience Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in IT and/or project management.

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in IT project management, preferably in software applications.

Required Skills, Expertise & Knowledge:

• Excellent communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills

• Should have good time and team management skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Solid understanding of project management best practices, processes, and documentation standards.

• Knowledge in tracking project risks, and issues and getting approvals in place.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage IT projects from scratch until successful closure within the bank and ensure that they are aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and applicable internal frameworks

• Work with stakeholders to articulate detailed project requirements, constraints, risks, and assumptions

• Project Documentation Work breakdown structures, communication plans, risk assessment, resource allocation, and other types of project documentation.

• The need to deliver projects on time, under budget, and high quality

• Track and monitor project progress against the established goals & objectives

• Have cross-functional communication and coordination across the project lifecycle

• Make sure that you deal with potential risks before they ruin your project

• Create and manage project timelines, key milestones, and dependencies for successful delivery

• Work alongside your team to solve problems, make timely decisions, and take your project to production

• Establishing and adopting scalable project management processes

• Develop periodic reports and communication protocols for relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment with the bank’s strategic vision

• Identify Issues & Follow-up During Project Execution

• Act as the focal point for reporting on project risks, financials, and progress to stakeholders

• Completing any other duties as assigned by a supervisor

2. Position: SQL Database Administrator (OG-I / AVP)

Reporting to:

Databases Administration – Unit Head

Education / Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized local/international university/college accredited by the HEC (Higher Education Commission)

• Preference will be given to candidates having a Master’s qualification in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering and/or relevant certifications

Experience Requirements:

• At least 04 years of experience in database administration

• Minimum of 02 years of experience in SQL Database Administration preferably in the Banking domain

Required Skills, Expertise & Knowledge:

• Have good knowledge of database architecture, high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), encryption, and performance optimization.

• Ability to find bottlenecks, execute proactive monitoring, and implement alerts/notification system

• Great analytical, decision-making , and problem-solving skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Capability to support handling database incidents 24/7, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to a higher level if needed

• MSSQL Server administration, maintenance, and monitoring in development, testing, and production environments

• Understanding of migrating, upgrading, maintaining, and patching the database

• Database troubleshooting expertise to resolve critical issues and offer on-the-spot support

• Knowing how to back up and restore the databases (point-in-time restores, SCN)

• Familiarity with database replication, clustering, and high-availability solutions

• Ability to conduct periodic database audits to ensure compliance with standards, policies, and security guidelines

• Good Automation Skills for Proactive Monitoring of Database Using SQL, Shell scripts, and Bash

• Familiar with cloud database management and its configuration settings

• Experience with the principal support, service agreements, and vendor management

• Pet to work in high- pressure environment with 24/7 availability

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform support assistance for the MSSQL Server environment

• Backup and disaster recovery strategy

• Oversee high availability, replication, and clustering of mission-critical databases

• Regular auditsRoutine audits to maintain compliance and security

• Diagnose performance issues in databases and resolve them

• Automate recurrent operational and technical database tasks

• Configure cloud databases and implement access control

Assessment Test / Interview Process:

• Short-listed candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited for assessment tests and/or panel interviews

Employment Type:

• The chosen candidates will be hired on a contractual basis for three years

• The contract would be extendable at management’s discretion
