The Zonal Head will lead and oversee branch operations effectively, ensuring compliance with regulations, efficiency, and a positive customer experience. The main duties include:
Compliance & Risk Management
- Adhere to SBP policies, banking regulations, and internal branch processes.
- Implement an effective internal control system to reduce risks.
- Oversee service management processes and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Operations Optimization
- Streamline workflows across branches to increase operational efficiency.
- Monthly, scrutinize performance reports and watch key indicators.
- Manage cash in ATM for smooth transaction flow
Fraud Prevention & Risk Mitigation
- Do you have a strategy like this already in place?
- Conduct fraud prevention procedures at the branch network.
- Conduct performance audits and evaluate the team on competence to maintain excellence
Policy Implementation & Documentation
- Draft, update, and manage service provider contracts with compliance.
- Maintain up to Audit & Inspection standards documentation.
- Update policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and procedures
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: At least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in banking, of which 3 years is preferably a Senior role in Branch Operations. Experience in operations within a branch banking context will be a significant advantage.
Age Limit: Up to 55 Years as of 08th Feb 2025
