Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum education required: Graduation (Master’s degree preferred) from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Foreign qualifications must have an equivalency certificate from HEC.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Consumer Banking/Retail Banking. Preference for candidates with a proven track record in product development in Islamic Banking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales growth strategies to meet banking targets.
- Align strategies with Shariah governance and compliance frameworks.

2. Head Retail Banking Regional (Central, Southern, Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan, Hazara Regions)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum education: Graduation (Master’s preferred) from an HEC-recognized university.
- At least 10 years of commercial banking experience, with 5 years as an Area Manager or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in Retail/Branch Banking; Islamic Banking experience is a plus.
- Age limit as per bank HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Area Managers and Branch Managers to drive retail banking operations.
- Formulate and implement strategies to achieve banking and customer targets.
- Oversee branch network performance and assign key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop innovative customer service strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory banking policies and procedures.
- Work towards continuous process improvement in banking operations.

3. Regional Head – Corporate and Investment Banking – South
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum education: Graduation (Master’s preferred) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Banking, including 5 years in Corporate/Retail Lending at a senior level.
- Age limit governed by the bank’s HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and finalize credit proposals for different regions and ensure their approval.
- Manage regional credit portfolios with a focus on improving asset quality.
- Conduct credit analysis of existing and potential business clients.
- Implement the bank’s business development strategies effectively.
- Coordinate business planning, strategic objectives, and growth initiatives.
