Job Description
The Assistant Procurement & Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to the PRRP project, ensuring that the procurement process complies with World Bank guidelines and government regulations.
Qualifications Required:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in:
- Procurement & Supply Chain Management
- Business Management
- Project Management
- Engineering
- Economics
- Finance
- Social Sciences
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of documented experience in procurement and contract management.
- Experience in consulting services, works, and goods procurement.
- Expertise in contract administration and bidding document preparation.
- Knowledge of World Bank and public procurement policies, systems, and procedures.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
