Job Description:
The Director of Marketing and Branding will work under the supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that enhance the visibility and reputation of Pakistan’s IT and ITeS sector globally. The role will involve developing brand positioning strategies, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring effective communication to promote Pakistan’s IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to promote the IT and ITeS sector in local and international markets.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and other online channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the global image of Pakistan’s IT sector.
- Lead branding projects and manage public relations campaigns.
- Oversee content creation, digital marketing, and communication strategies.
- Monitor and analyze Google Analytics, CRM tools, and other digital marketing metrics.
- Develop crisis communication strategies and manage the brand reputation of the IT sector.
- Represent PSEB in local and international business events and conferences.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Strategic Management, or any related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in a leading branding, marketing, and campaign management role.
- Experience in digital marketing and team management.
- Candidates with experience in the IT/Tech sector will be given preference.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of public relations and crisis management.
